A few things you should know

Perfectly located next to the Basketball Hall of Fame, the stay was enjoyable with a clean environment and delicious breakfast. The accommodating staff made us feel welcome, even if the pool seemed appealing but unused.

Unfortunately, our request for adjacent rooms wasn’t met, and the prices for water felt excessive.

I loved the clean Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Plus, the heated outdoor hot tub was a relaxing bonus!

Had a great stay with friends! Loved being close to the Zoo in Forest Park and the Basketball Hall of Fame. The indoor pool was a hit, and we enjoyed hanging out in the games room after our adventures. Just a heads up, breakfast is a bit pricey but very tasty.

We did have a small hiccup related to housekeeping. our bathroom could have been cleaner on arrival. Overall, it didn’t ruin our experience, but it would have been nice.

The location really impressed us, being so close to the major attractions. Mike at the front desk made us feel welcome with his friendly demeanor and provided valuable local dining suggestions.

However, I was disappointed that the pool was out of service during our visit.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the indoor pool and hot tub. The gym was a plus for some of my colleagues, while my kids loved the games room! It’s conveniently located, just a short drive to the Zoo in Forest Park, which was a hit with the family.

In my kid’s opinion, it would be great if breakfast was included. The extra charge for breakfast felt a bit steep for what was offered.

The King Room was really nice! Super clean and the bed was comfy, which is always a plus. The bathroom was decent, and I liked the modern vibe of the place. However, I wasn't thrilled that water was charged at a ridiculous price. Also, it would have been nice to have rooms on the same floor since we requested that. But overall, pretty solid stay.

It was just a fitting option for an overnight stay in Springfield with good price-quality ratio. The staff admitted their mistake when they gave us keys to an occupied room and promptly provided us a new one. Keep in mind there’s an extra charge for breakfast.

I appreciated the welcoming staff who were attentive and quickly assisted me with my luggage. The room was spacious and offered easy access to the amenities, making my stay comfortable as a senior traveler.

Remarkable service, clean rooms.

The Hilton Garden provided a comfortable stay for my business trip. The staff were very friendly and efficiently assisted me with setting up my presentation equipment. The location was excellent, with easy access to major highways and local eateries. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and the amenities such as the business center were beneficial for my work needs.

Some areas, like the hallway, had an unpleasant smell.

Super comfy stay!

Room was so cozy, and I loved having a fridge and coffee maker handy. The pool and gym were awesome! It was nice to chill at Uno’s with some live music. Just wish the breakfast wasn’t so pricey. I ended up skipping it and going out. Otherwise, great vibes all around!
